Originally from Melbourne Australia, Jack is an interdisciplinary choreographer and performer. He initially worked professionally as a dancer in both Australia and Europe for 8 years, dancing repertoire from choreographers such as Bryan Arias, Jorge Pérez Martínez, and Andris Plucis. His first choreographic work was invited to the Tanzplattform Rhein-Main (DE), the Florence Dance festival (IT), the Tanz zentrale Nürnberg (DE) and Tanznetz Dresden (DE). His first group work at the Landestheater Eisenach was shortlisted for the Tanzplattform Bern prize (CH). He was invited to the International Choreographic Residency program at the American dance festival (USA), and his first interdisciplinary work ‘Isn’t it a pity’ was nominated for the WeltenBauer award (along side the Deutsches Nationaltheater Weimar, and Theater Luzern). In April 2024, he completed a commission for the Stadttheater Pforzheim, and choreographed a new solo work while in Residence at Hellerau, Europäisches Zentrum der Kunste which was additionally presented at Kommuna Warsaw (PL). In November 2024 he was invited to present his solo work ‘Baby Blue’ for three performances at the Sociatätestheater in Dresden (DE). In 2025 he has choreographic residencies/projects in the Lucy Guerin Company (AUS), and Tanzhaus Basel (CH).
