Vancouver-born Erinbell has been teaching yoga internationally since 2007, bringing a compassionate and inclusive approach to her practice. Her teaching is rooted in mindfulness, self-inquiry, and functional alignment. She places a lot of emphasis on the uniqueness of each individual, creating a safe and supportive space for exploration. Erinbell encourages her students to be brave, to listen to their bodies, and to approach each moment with tenderness, kindness, and openness.
Erinbell is a passionate yoga teacher with a diverse background in Theatre and psychology. She is a Certified E-RYT 500 teacher, recognized by Yoga Alliance, and an endorsed Insight Yoga teacher under Sarah Powers. She is also a Mindfulness Meditation teacher and has studied Internal Family System Psychology, which adds a holistic dimension to her teaching. Erinbell holds a Master’s in Theatre from University College Cork, Ireland, and a Bachelor of Fine Arts from York University, Toronto, Canada. Her unique blend of expertise in movement, mindfulness, psychology, and the arts offers students an integrative and transformative yoga experience.
