Discover how the timeless practices of yoga can elevate your artistry and transform your dance. In Yoga for Dancers the techniques we use are asana (posture), pranayama (breath work) and meditation. With each technique we hone the power of our attention to enhance our presence as performers. Whether in the moments of improvisation or the execution of specific choreography we train our mind to pay attention and harness our connection to the palpable present moment.

This class is designed specifically for dancers who want to deepen their connection to their craft, both on and off the stage. Open to dancers of all levels and styles.
